Considering Surgery?

“Routine” surgery is what is done to someone else’s  pet.

Every surgical procedure and sedation/anesthetic event has a potential risk of complication.  Some of the complications can be very serious and some can be terminal.
We pride ourselves in minimizing these risks for your pet to a remarkably low level by building in a few safeguards:

A.
We perform a thorough physical examination before any drugs are given.
B.
We run a routine blood panel presurgically, just as your Doctor would.
C.
We have extremely well experienced nursing and Doctor care from the moment of admission to the point of discharge.
D.
We use anesthetic agents that are state of the art, and couple that with the same intra-operative monitoring that is used in a human hospital.
E.
We have advanced training in dealing with complications in the extremely rare event that one should occur.
F.
We use intra-operative and post-operative pain management before the inflammation sets in.
G.
We try to answer any questions and field any concerns that you have before the procedure.

Because of all of the above, we will not be the lowest quote you receive for a surgical estimate.  We will however try our best to make the encounter successful and provide exceptional performance for the quoted fee.  We do not “pad” our quotes or encounter “surprises” during surgery that affect our fee.
